Walking
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs through Monk Haven valley, directly past our bed & breakfast. This makes Monk Haven B&B the perfect place for walkers to stop over and relax whilst exploring some of the most breathtaking scenery in Britain.
Cycling
Pembrokeshire is a cyclist's paradise, with quiet country lanes, woodland trails and traffic-free routes for everyone to enjoy. The National Cycle Network routes 4 and 47 Celtic Trail West and route 81 Lôn Cambria pass through Pembrokeshire.
Golf
For avid golfers Milford Haven golf course is just a 10 minute journey away. Overlooking the beautiful Milford Haven waterway, Milford Haven is a lovely parkland course.
Horse Riding
Pembrokeshire has a number of equestrian centres and an array of horse riding tracks throughout the county. Nearby Nolton Stables offers horse riding across the beach and sessions for horse riders of all levels.

Andy Davies is a local photographer that runs short courses for keen photographers of all levels. Surfing & Watersports
The Pembrokeshire peninsula is blessed with 39 beaches adorned with blue and green flags awards for excellence, perfect for all those that love water sports. West Wales Water Sports is based in the nearby coastal village of Dale just 3 miles away. They offer a full range of lessons and equipment to hire for a wide range of water sports.
Diving
Famous for it’s hundreds of shipwrecks, and diverse marine biology, Pembrokeshire is Britain’s only coastal national park and therefore a very popular spot for divers.
Fishing
There are fishing trips available from the nearby village of Dale in and around the haven and out to deeper waters for some more extreme fishing!
Boat trips
Pembrokeshire has a number of Islands that are home to an array of wildlife, both ashore and in their surrounding waters. You can see porpoise, dolphins, seals, puffins and much more on a boat trip around Pembrokeshire's coast.
